As a first-time homebuyer I was ignorant to the process of buying a home, but I had heard many horror stories. Luckily I experienced none of them and had a great experience. Although it was still stressful Laura and Gretchen made this process as painless as possible. I'd like to add the lawyer they recommended Greg Scicchitano was very knowledgeable and was able to explain verbiage in simpler terms. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am grateful it is all over but if I ever need to buy another house or land Gretchen and Laura will be my first call.
