Laura was awesome! We worked together for a couple of years. I wanted to buy on Oneida Lake and she patiently waited and worked with me while we reviewed many properties. She provided invaluable guidance on locations, pricing and local knowledge. I had/still have one child in college and was not really ready to buy early on. She continued to be patient and she provided me two promising properties in April of 2020. Really near the beginning of Covid. So, I/we were not really looking or thinking we would buy because of all of the unknowns. But Laura guided us right into the perfect property! I think that if you work with someone else, you will be making a mistake!
