When our current property came on the market, she was extremely helpful in showing it to our son on short notice after normal business hours while we traveled up from Florida. She arranged for us to visit soon after our return to NY, helped make a fast, reasonable offer that was quickly accepted even though there were other people interested in the property, listed with another agency.
