I did a quick search for realtors in that area. Gretchen Loomis seemed to be highly rated so I gave her a call. I initially contacted Gretchen to see if she could help me establish a value for a piece of vacant property I had in her area. I immediately felt very comfortable talking to her. She was exceptionally accommodating even though I wasn't really sure if I wanted to sell or not. A couple of days later I called her back to inform her that I did want to list the property. The whole process was great. I found her to be very friendly, actually fun, to work with. She has in depth knowledge of the area and market and is very efficient. The property sold much faster than I expected and reached our asking price. I highly recommend her for your real-estate needs.
