This sale was one for the books. I have never seen so many hoops to jump through to sell ANYTHING. I live in Maine, the house for sale is in western NY 400 miles from here. Laura did a job so amazing I wish I could give 5 HUNDRED stars not just 5. Inspections, reports, interfering neighbors, endless from state and county on and on. Laura handled it masterfully. After a few trips there in the beginning she took care of it all. It was my brother's house; he passed back in March and left no will. [ lesson to be learned here!!!!!] I never had to make the 7+ hour drive back again. This isn't my first rodeo, but I have never had an agent with so much dedication and stamina to get the job done. Laura Loomis-Patrick is awesome.

They are pro's, got me the best deal possible and negotiated on my behalf. They stayed in contact with lawyer and bank the whole time and made the process quick and easy. I cannot say enough good things about these two. If you want real professional service Gretchen and Laura are the right ones for the job. I plan on using them to sell my current home I am moving from. Awesome Team.
