I worked with Gretchen Loomis, who I sort of picked at random due to the number of successful sales she had. I definitely made the correct choice. She has an intimate knowledge of the area and local market. I always prepare myself for issues to come up or a long process. I could not have been more satisfied. She helped me establish a selling price and she always kept me updated on her progress. I was selling a vacant piece of property and she was very positive about being able to make a sale. To my great surprise she found a buyer in a short period of time, met our price target and closed the deal much quicker than I expected. I did a quick search for realtors in that area. Gretchen Loomis seemed to be highly rated so I gave her a call. I initially contacted Gretchen to see if she could help me establish a value for a piece of vacant property I had in her area. I immediately felt very comfortable talking to her. She was exceptionally accommodating even though I wasn't really sure if I wanted to sell or not. A couple of days later I called her back to inform her that I did want to list the property. The whole process was great. I found her to be very friendly, actually fun, to work with. She has in depth knowledge of the area and market and is very efficient. The property sold much faster than I expected and reached our asking price. I highly recommend her for your real-estate needs.
